Coconut sugar is made from the nectar of the coconut blossom flower. The sugar is obtained from the finest selection of coconut nectar and cooked well to obtain a consistent blend. The result is then processed without preservatives nor any artificial food additives. This coconut sugar can be used to sweeten many products such as beverages, chocolate, and confectionery items.

Arenga palm sugar is well known as Javanese sugar. It is processed by getting palm tree sap which is taken from the male flower bunches. Usually, if the flower doesn’t transform into palm sugar. To get arenga sugar, there are several stages and this takes quite a long time when starting from the beginning of taking the sap.
